Heaven’s Door Whiskey Unveils “Homesick Blues” Minnesota Wheated Bourbon

Heaven’s Door Whiskey Announces “Homesick Blues” Minnesota Wheated Bourbon

Heaven’s Door Spirits, a premium whiskey brand owned by music legend Bob Dylan, today announced the latest addition to their whiskey lineup: Homesick Blues, a Minnesota wheated bourbon.

Homesick Blues is a true Minnesota bourbon, made from local grains and aged in new American oak barrels. It has a deep flavor that showcases the very best of the Minnesota terroir. The robust flavor includes caramel, dark cherry, roasted coffee, tobacco, and baking spices.

Unique Minnesota Ingredients

Heaven’s Door chose to use Minnesota-grown red winter wheat, blue corn, and barley for Homesick Blues. The grains provide a unique mix of flavors that is distinctly Minnesota. The corn adds sweetness and the wheat contributes richness. The barley and the wood of the barrels blend the flavors together and give it a unique character.

Environmental Sustainability

Heaven’s Door takes environmental sustainability seriously. Homesick Blues is made with local grains that are certified organic and grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. The whiskey is also aged in barrels made from American white oak from sustainably managed forests.

Bob Dylan’s Creative Vision

From the inception of Heaven’s Door Whiskey, Bob Dylan has been hands-on in every aspect of the brand. His goal for Homesick Blues was to create a whiskey that captures the distinct and unique flavor of Minnesota in a bottle. With Homesick Blues, Dylan has created a flavorful whiskey that is a tribute to his love of the state and its people.

Availability

Homesick Blues will be available in the US and select international markets, including Canada, Europe, and Asia. For more information on the whiskey, including availability, please visit the Heaven’s Door website
