Beer

Their Pale Ale, a refreshing beverage with distinct hoppy flavour and a hint of floral and citrus notes, captured the judges’ hearts. It was lauded for its complexity, balance and refreshing taste.

Bourbon

The other gold medal was clinched by their signature Bourbon. This small-batch artisanal spirit has a rich, amber hue and exudes a subtle sweetness with an oak and vanilla finish. The emphasis on meticulous crafting and the careful balance of flavours put it in the spotlight this year.
