This limited edition whiskey is made using the finest selection of grain, which is distilled and aged in new, charred American oak barrels. The whiskey is especially crafted to give it the perfect balance of richness, complexity and depth.
The whiskey will feature the signature Milam & Greene flavor profile, offering notes of dark chocolate, toffee, and just a hint of black pepper. The mash bill of the whiskey is 70% corn, 15% rye and 15% malted barley, together creating an unmistakably full-bodied and well-rounded flavor.
Aging Under Beautiful Texas Skies
The batch of whiskey is aged for several years in the Texas Hill Country, and then bottled in Milam & Greene’s renowned bonded warehouse down in Blanco, Texas. The Texas Hill Country is renowned for its unique soil and the perfect combination of hot days and cool nights, which together helps produce some of the finest and most beloved whiskey on the planet.
