Wolves Introduces Lot One of its Malted Barley Series and Invests in a New Still

Wolves is proud to announce the release of Lot One of its new malted barley series. The brewery has also invested in a brand new still which will be used for their small batch releases.

What is the Malted Barley Series?

The Malted Barley series is a concept that has been in the works for the last two years. It is a celebration of Wolves’ passion for beer, a passion for malt, and a desire to really showcase malted barley and its unique possibilities in brewing. The series will feature both tried-and-true classic styles and unique blends of malted barleys.

Lot One

Lot One is a classic American-style IPA, featuring five different malted barleys. The malt gives the beer a distinct flavor profile, with notes of citrus, pine, and caramel. The hops provide an aromatic, resinous, and slightly bitter flavor, making Lot One an easy-drinking, sessionable beer.

Investment in New Still

Wolves is also excited to announce that they have invested in a brand new still. The still will be used for small batch releases – one-offs and limited edition beers. Wolves hopes to create unique, experimental brews that can only be found at their taproom.

Future Expansion Plans
