Overall

New Holland’s themed toasted barrel finished Dragon’s Milk Origin Bourbon “The Woodshop,” not only nails its thematic concept, but also more importantly, its taste. Dragon’s Milk Origin Small Batch Bourbon instantly caught our taste buds’ attention when we first tasted it. It was full of flavor, focusing on spice and chocolate as its major flavor callouts. This unique flavor profile stayed with us. This whiskey comes together into one coherent and statement-making package, and ensures it stands out amongst other toasted barrel finished whiskeys. It’s amazing what New Holland has created with their Origin brand line in such a short amount of time.
