Barrell Craft Spirits, a leading American craft distillery, has just released a brand new whiskey – the BCS Gold Label Dovetail. It marks the first of its Gold Label series, with more spirits planned in the future.
What is BCS Gold Label Dovetail?
BCS Gold Label Dovetail is a blend of two liquid styles. It’s made from distilled and barrel-aged rye whiskey and two-year-aged corn whiskey. The rye whiskey is finished in new American oak barrels that previously held virgin American oak.
