  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Coca-Cola
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
